Placenta Medicine Instructions

:: Placenta Remedy Dosage Recommendation ::

You will want to self regulate your dosage based on how you are feeling on any given day. The basic guidelines are as follows:

Day 1-3 after receiving your placenta: Take two capsules three times per day (6 total), with meals.

Days 4-14: Take two capsules twice per day (4 total), with meals.

Days 14- Beyond: Take two capsules daily with a meal until you run out, or until you dont feel you need them anymore. However, if six capsules feel like too many for you, or if two doesn’t feel like enough, adjust your dosage accordingly.

:: Usage ::

You can save any remaining capsules for low milk supply, PMS, depression, mood swings, if your extra hungry or very tired, emotional, weepy or sad, or feel hormonally imbalanced. These are symptoms of needing more assistance from your placenta medicine. Some fathers also use their child’s placenta capsules as a means to bond with the newborn better.

:: Shelf life & Storage ::

Store your capsules in the fridge while taking them, and in the freezer if you decide to save some for later.

Your capsules will last indefinitely if stored correctly in a cool, dry place. You can save some for future hormonal transitions including weening and even menopause. Some mothers have even saved some for their child to use for hormonal balancing during puberty.

:: Discontinue use ::

If you are ill or have any type of infection, you should stop taking your placenta medicine until you are well. This medicine can act as a tonifyer and can potentially make illness and infections stronger.
